TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
By purchasing any of my services, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service and have read the details of the type of commission you are purchasing.• I have the right to decline a request if it is outside the guidlines of my commissions or cannot be drawn in my art style.
• I have the right to publicly stream the process of creation of the work, and to share the final work on my portfolio unless requested otherwise.
• If you wish for NDA it must be communicated to me with clear specifications.
• On VGen, a platform fee of at least 5% will be applied by the proposal.
• I require upfront payment.REVISIONS
When I have finished the sketch of the commission I will send it to you to review changes, and additional revisions are available when the full illustration has been delivered.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• For regular illustrations, I will always aim to complete your commission within 60 days at most and will communicate if any delays arise. For Vtuber Model illustrations, the target complete date is 3 months.
• If you need the illustration done by a specific date, you must let me know and I will calculate a priority fee onto the commission price. The fee will vary depending on how rushed the work must be. The shortest I can do is a 1 week deadline.USE
• Personal use and streaming/graphic usage are available by default.
• At this time, I am not accepting work for merchandise designs.
• No form of resale of any of my work is permitted.
• If you require a contract to be signed for certain monetised work or projects regarding usage, NDAs etc, it can be arranged from your end and discussed.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to my illustrations and usage for samples and portfolio, posting on social media, etc.
When my illustrations are used my name (kokomiin) must be credited.REFUNDS
When the sketch has been delivered, you can decide if you would like a 70% refund. Refunds will not be accepted when the drawing is fully completed. Full refunds are possible if I have not yet worked on your commission, but please make sure you are certain about commissioning me before placing your request.COMMUNICATION
